Website and personal-beta terms

Visitors may use this site and download the beta for lawful personal evaluation in any country where doing so is permitted. The beta is not currently offered to the NHS, hospitals, clinics or other organisations, and must not be represented as organisationally approved. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disruption, security testing of systems you do not own, or misuse of forms.

RQAI grants an evaluator a free, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and test the supplied beta on hardware they control. The beta may change or be withdrawn. The evaluator retains their data; RQAI retains software, documentation and brand rights. No resale, sublicensing, circumvention, unlawful reverse engineering or removal of notices is permitted except where mandatory law allows it.

No payment is currently requested or accepted through this site. A future commercial release is planned at £199 per year. If launched, it will renew automatically until cancelled before the next renewal and will include a 30-day refund period. The final price, taxes, renewal date, cancellation method, refund procedure and any territory-specific terms will be shown before payment; this plan is not a current offer or a promise that sales will open.

Ortho Outcomes supports recording operations, collecting and scoring validated PROMs, follow-up administration, audit, service evaluation, approved research and descriptive cohort analytics. It is not intended to diagnose, predict an individual condition, recommend or select treatment, triage urgency, calculate a patient-specific prognosis, provide emergency monitoring or replace professional judgement.

Medical-device status depends on intended purpose, claims, configuration and territory. A customer must not extend the product to a medical purpose without a documented regulatory and clinical-safety assessment.

• Use synthetic or properly de-identified information for personal beta evaluation.
• Do not use the beta for NHS, hospital or other organisational deployment or as the sole clinical record.
• Document controller/processor roles, lawful bases, DPIA, retention, transfers and processor contracts.
• Use supported systems, least privilege, MFA where available, secure networking, tested backups and incident procedures.
• Validate imported cases, scores, exports and AI output against the source record; maintain a downtime process.
• Give patients and staff accurate local privacy and AI information and handle rights requests and complaints.

AI can hallucinate, omit or misclassify information. Cloud theatre-list extraction is optional, local-first and requires an explicit choice; Ask is labelled as an AI assistant and removes common direct identifiers before provider transmission. Users must not enter identifiers into Ask, must keep human review meaningful and must not use AI output as the sole basis for a clinical or other significant decision. Beta support is best-effort by email at hello@rqai.co.uk, with a target—not a guarantee—of an initial response within five UK business days. There is no service-level agreement. Beta fixes, security patches and feature updates are supplied when reasonably available and may change data formats or functionality. Evaluators must keep independent backups and test updates and restoration away from live care. Internet, provider and local-host failures may interrupt features.

The software is supplied with the express commitments in the order and otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. The beta is an evaluation build and is not warranted as uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular clinical purpose.

Access or distribution may be suspended for material security, legal or misuse risk. When the beta ends, evaluators should export their data before uninstalling. Local clinical, inquiry, claim and legal-hold duties remain the evaluator’s responsibility.
