Setting it up
Open it, answer four questions, you’re working.
The app runs entirely on your own computer and brings its own database — there is nothing to wire up. An on-screen wizard handles the rest.
Install & open
Run the installer (.exe on Windows, .dmg on Mac) and launch it. It starts its own local database — nothing to configure.

Start working
Add cases or photograph a theatre list — read automatically — and hand patients a QR to complete their PROMs in clinic.
Optional — only when you need them
Email patients a home link. A small relay you deploy once. In-clinic QR codes work without it.
Reach it from other devices. Add Tailscale to open the app from another machine or off-site.
List-photo reading on Windows. Add a Gemini key, or capture with the mobile app — on a Mac, on-device Vision reads lists with no key.
Pair a phone, invite colleagues. Capture on the move or add other surgeons — both entirely optional.
