End-to-end encrypted
Patients complete questionnaires on their own device. Identity is decrypted client-side from the link fragment — the key never reaches a server; the relay only ever holds an encrypted blob.
Anyone can complete it
Surgeon, clinic staff, or the patient — from any door, any time. Blanks are highlighted, never blocking, and nothing is ever overwritten silently.
