Questions, answered
- Who is the beta for?
- Individual evaluators in any country where downloading and testing the software is lawful. It is not currently offered for NHS, hospital or other organisational deployment.
- Where does my patient data live?
- On the Mac where you install it. Optional relay, messaging and cloud-AI features have separate data flows; use synthetic or properly de-identified information for beta evaluation.
- Will the beta start charging automatically?
- No. Checkout is disabled and the beta does not collect payment details. If sales open later, the planned £199 annual subscription will renew automatically until cancelled and will include a 30-day refund period; the final checkout terms will be shown before payment.
