- Is this per surgeon or per seat?
- Neither. It is one licence for the platform. Because it is self-hosted, there is nothing to meter — run it for one surgeon on a Mac or for a department on a trust server.
- Where does my patient data live?
- On hardware you or your trust control. The platform is self-hosted, with no cloud SaaS dependency, and patient questionnaires are end-to-end encrypted.
- What happens after the free month?
- You move to the flat annual licence — £199 or $199 per year. Cancel any time; your self-hosted data is always yours to export.
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. After payment, your annual licence key is issued automatically so you can activate your self-hosted installation.
