Cookie and storage notice

The marketing site operates without advertising or optional analytics cookies. Hosting and security services may use strictly necessary storage or request identifiers to deliver pages, prevent abuse and maintain a requested session. The contact form currently opens the visitor’s email application; paid checkout, Stripe and Web3Forms submission are disabled for the personal beta.

The clinical web app uses authentication and security cookies and may use local or session storage and IndexedDB for questionnaire progress, new-case drafts, imported-case review queues, encrypted offline submissions, saved views and preferences. Some stored values may be health information. Operators should use managed devices, short sessions and local policy for shared-device clearing.

Storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user or to transmit a communication may be used without optional-cookie consent under applicable rules. Non-essential analytics, advertising or personalisation must remain off until the responsible operator supplies clear information and obtains any required consent. Necessity is judged from the user’s perspective, not merely the operator’s convenience.

Browser controls can show or delete site data and block optional cookies. Blocking necessary authentication or offline storage may prevent sign-in, drafts or offline submission. Signing out does not necessarily clear every local draft; follow the deployment’s device-clearing instructions, especially on shared equipment.

The live deployment must maintain an accurate inventory of names, providers, purposes, lifetimes and access. Material changes are dated above. Questions can be raised through the contact page or the deployment controller’s privacy contact.
